Classes We Offer

Yoga Basics

Perfect for Beginners! (Level 1)


Perfect for new students or those wishing to get back to basics. Practice breathing, poses and meditations that will help set a solid foundation for future practice. This is a gentle class accessible to all body types and open to everyone. You do not need to be flexible or strong or have one of those fake magazine cover bodies to come to yoga. Come to improve your health, of mind and body, and you will also receive increasing strength, flexibility and sleekness.


Sunrise (A.M.) Yoga

Open to everyone. (Levels 1 & 2)


Awaken and invigorate yourself in this energizing class. Move, breathe, and begin to align with your highest self. A perfect way to start any day! Open to everyone.


Sunset (P.M.) Yoga

Open to everyone. (Levels 1 & 2)


Restore and renew after a long day with this rejuvenating class. Relax tense muscles, soothe your nervous system, restore your spine, and promote healthy sleep. Class ends with a long, deep relaxation. Open to everyone.


Morning Scintillation

Open to everyone. (Level 2)


Active powerful postures and flows that build strength, endurance, mobility, core stability and breath control. A great complement to any sport or athletic activity. This class promises to fire up your day and bring a robust energetic lift to your entire weekend. Suitable for intermediate level practioners and ambitius beginners, but open to everyone.


Pilates

Open to everyone. (Level 1 & 2)


Build breath awareness and core stability while lengthening and strengthening muscles with this complete mind/body on its' own, leave this class feeling taller and leaner! Suitable for beginner and intermediate practitioners, but open to everyone.


COMING SOON - Kundalini Yoga

Open to everyone. (Level 1 & 2)


Something different and very special awaits. Kundalini yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and it represents an amazing technology for actuating transformation in one's life. Some people might say "Kunda-LOONY" because there are few aspects of this yoga that are very different from .... say a yoga fit class for example... so come with an open mind. I will say that science is now beginning to support many of these millenium old claims of how the glandular system (which controls our hormonal balances) can be positively impacted by these physical postures, movements, vibrations and visualizations. Suitable for beginner and intermediate practitioners, but open to everyone.


COMING SOON - Yoga Walks

Open to everyone. (Level 1 & 2)


Peaceful, meditative walks in our outdoor yoga studio of Hope with props supplied by nature. A harmonizing of mind, body and spirit under the guiding influence of the birds & bees and the mountains & trees. No yoga experience necessary, this is open to everyone.


COMING SOON - Men's Yoga

One for the Boys (Level 1 & 2)


Whether you are sports enthusiast or a truck driver this class will bring added flexibility and strength beyond what normal weight training or focused sports activities alone can do. This classes promises the additional elements of health and vitality as well as fellowship and comradery. Suitable for beginner and intermediate practitioners, but open to everyone.
